StayClean

From linen to payment: StayClean’s next steps, built with our customers

Storage, managed laundry, linen rental, accounting flexibility and deferred payment: StayClean’s next steps, shaped by customer feedback.
Fictional scene: two professionals check clean linen in a storage area.

An accommodation ready to welcome guests requires more than completed cleaning. It also needs available linen, a suitable place to store it, coordinated laundry services and administrative processes that keep pace with the business.

For a concierge business, hotel or accommodation manager, these issues are connected. Yet they still often require coordinating several contacts, workflows and deadlines.

This reality is guiding StayClean’s next steps.

Listen, prioritise, build

Every day, conversations with our customers help us understand what takes up their time and makes their operations more difficult. We have taken this feedback seriously: not to add features to a catalogue, but to prioritise services that can genuinely simplify their daily work.

Our year-end roadmap focuses on five complementary areas.

Unified physical storage systems, to better organise the resources needed for interventions and connect this logistical aspect with operations management.

Managed laundry services, to integrate linen processing into daily operations rather than leave each customer to coordinate this step separately.

Linen rental services, to offer an alternative to purchasing and managing stock wholly owned by each establishment.

Greater accounting flexibility, to adapt invoicing and tracking to our customers’ organisation.

And deferred payment options, subject to conditions, to better account for the timing gap between operating expenses and incoming payments.

A gradual rollout

Our goal is to put these services into production and make them progressively available over the coming weeks and months. This rollout will take place in stages, depending on the services, areas covered and applicable conditions.

We will continue listening to feedback from the field throughout this rollout. Because a solution only has value if it addresses a real difficulty.

An ambition beyond scheduling

We want to make StayClean a reference point for end-to-end field operations management in accommodation: connecting teams, linen, storage, services and administrative tracking within a coherent organisation.

The future of field operations is not simply about having more tools. It is about having fewer things to coordinate yourself.

That is the future we are building with our customers.
