07 / Finding service providers
Looking for service providers?
That’s our job.
You don’t have to build a new address book alone for every new area. StayClean searches for, qualifies and mobilises partner providers, and can strengthen an area when needed.
Local capacity is reviewed for each request. A network does not mean immediate availability everywhere.
An area to cover
Explore how your needs are assessed.
Local capacity is checked.
Available providers and any recruitment needs are assessed against your request.
The network can be expanded.
Where needed, recruitment and organisation are prepared with your teams before deployment is confirmed.
WHAT THIS CHANGES FOR YOU
An international network.
Local capacity to be confirmed.
It’s about more than finding contacts. It’s about assessing whether providers can meet your needs in the areas and periods you specify.
01We search according to your needs
Your locations, properties, expected volumes, seasonality and specific constraints guide the search.
02We review profiles
Professional information and contact details are reviewed during onboarding. The assignment’s requirements are then taken into account.
03We reinforce where needed
Where an area needs to develop, recruitment may continue. Planning openings ahead allows needs to be assessed before launch.
04We confirm before deployment
Launch depends on confirmed local capacity, not a dot on an illustrative map.
IN PRACTICE
How it works.
You share your needs. Capacity is assessed before the next steps are confirmed.
You describe your areas.
Specify locations, volumes, seasonality and constraints for your properties.
Capacity is assessed.
Providers who can be mobilised and any recruitment needs are assessed for your request.
Operations are prepared.
The relevant providers follow the onboarding process and useful instructions are prepared for assignments.
Launch is confirmed.
Deployment is prepared with your teams once local capacity is clarified.
A CONCRETE SITUATION · FICTITIOUS EXAMPLE
You’re opening a new area.
Not starting a recruitment project.
A property manager plans to launch properties in a new area. They share addresses and a schedule; StayClean assesses local capacity and any recruitment needs.
The launch decision rests on confirmed coverage, not a map full of dots.
Locations, expected volumes, periods and constraints.
Providers who can be mobilised and any reinforcement needs.
Next steps are prepared with the teams, without a universal availability guarantee.
GO TO THE END OF THE SUBJECT
Your questions.
Clear answers.
What the search covers, and what should not be assumed.
Are you available everywhere today?
No. An international network does not mean universal availability. Local capacity is assessed against your request, and areas may need reinforcement.
Do I need to find providers myself?
StayClean handles the search and recruitment needed for the network. You provide information about your areas, properties and expectations so your request can be assessed.
Can I keep the providers I already work with?
Onboarding trusted providers can be considered. Conditions and onboarding steps must be confirmed for the relevant providers.
Does a booking automatically trigger a cleaning?
No. You schedule the cleanings you want yourself. A booking without scheduled cleaning is not an anomaly and does not guarantee that a service will be created.
Does the demonstration map show your coverage areas?
No. It is a fictional illustration explaining the process, without availability data. No real search is carried out in this demonstration.
