03 / Remote quality control

The cleaning is done.
You can check it.

Photos, checklists and alerts: find the information submitted after the service. Automated checks can help highlight points to review, without replacing your judgement.

Quality control documents a scheduled service. A booking without cleaning planned is not an anomaly.

WHAT THIS CHANGES FOR YOU

“It's done” does not tell the whole story.

Find the submitted evidence, expected instructions and flagged points in one file. Review the result without systematically travelling back to the property.

01Concrete information, not just a message

Available photos, checklists and observations document the service and provide context.

02Your instructions serve as the reference

The property's specific features and protocol expectations help explain what should have been prepared.

03Points to review stand out more clearly

Automated checks can help draw attention to a point. The file and your judgement remain necessary to interpret it.

IN PRACTICE

From protocol to report.

A simple sequence to document the result and decide whether a point needs your attention.

01

Set expectations

Property instructions describe expected points: room preparation, linen and useful specifics.

02

On-site operations document

Requested photos, checklists and alerts are linked to the job according to the configured workflow.

03

Checks help sort information

Automated checks may highlight information to review. They do not guarantee that every defect will be detected.

Find submitted information and flagged points to decide what to do next.

A CONCRETE SITUATION · FICTITIOUS EXAMPLE

The bathroom is finished.
One detail still needs checking.

In this demonstration, the protocol calls for two towel sets. The file shows a point to review. You can view the submitted information and its context from your account, rather than discovering the issue on a visit.

GO TO THE END OF THE SUBJECT

Your questions.
Clear answers.

Checks help verify what is documented, without promising the impossible.

Does the check replace all travel?

It lets you examine submitted information remotely and may reduce some routine on-site checks. A doubt, incident or missing information may still require additional action.

How does it differ from real-time tracking?

Real-time tracking concerns job progress and available statuses. Quality control concerns the photos, checklists, alerts and report information that help understand the result.

Does AI automatically check every photo?

The reference page describes automated checks but does not specify AI's exact role, the information analysed or limitations by photo type. This demonstration therefore promises neither systematic AI analysis nor perfect detection.

Does a completed service mean everything complies?

Not necessarily. Progress status and quality observations are distinct. A job can be complete while a documented point still needs review.

Is a booking without scheduled cleaning a problem?

No. You define which cleanings you want to schedule according to your organisation. Quality control applies to the relevant jobs; a booking without planned cleaning is not considered an anomaly.

The perimeter, without ambiguity

Checks depend on the information actually submitted. A photo cannot verify something outside the frame, an odour or an invisible defect. The availability and nature of automated checks must be confirmed for the product configuration; no perfect result is guaranteed.
