StayClean is entering a new stage of its international development with the gradual launch of its operations in Latin America, beginning with Mexico.
This move is part of our long-term strategy to simplify cleaning operations for short-term rentals, hotels, property managers and professional accommodation operators through a single technology platform.
After developing our presence in Europe, we are now preparing to adapt a model built around automation, local execution and operational traceability to new markets.
Mexico as our starting point
Mexico represents a particularly relevant market for StayClean. The country has a strong tourism and hospitality ecosystem, a large community of professional operators and a dynamic short-term rental sector.
Our rollout will be deliberately progressive. Rather than simply copying an existing model, we want to adapt our processes to local realities: how services are organised, how cleaning professionals operate, the characteristics of different types of properties, payment habits and the expectations of local operators.
Mexico will therefore become the first building block of our development in Latin America.
The same mission in a new market
StayClean's mission remains unchanged: automate cleaning operations as far as possible while staying connected to the reality of work on the ground.
Our platform is designed to centralise operational steps that are still frequently spread across messaging apps, spreadsheets, phone calls and multiple disconnected tools. This includes:
- scheduling and automatically triggering cleaning services;
- sending clear instructions to local service providers;
- managing access information, timing and property-specific requirements;
- tracking service execution;
- reporting issues and exceptions;
- documenting work through reports, photos and controls;
- simplifying payments and administrative processes.
For operators, the objective is straightforward: less manual coordination and greater visibility over day-to-day operations.
Local execution, international scale
A core part of our model is the combination of an international technology platform with local professionals.
Cleaning is, by nature, a local service. Technology can automate planning, communication and control, but the quality of execution still depends on people, organisation and a strong understanding of each local market.
That is why our development in Mexico will be built alongside local professionals, cleaning companies and partners. Our aim is to create a network that can grow with our customers while respecting the way the market operates locally.
Built for both small operators and large portfolios
StayClean is not designed for a single type or size of customer. Our infrastructure is intended to support very different operating models: individual owners, small vacation-rental businesses, concierge companies, property managers, hotels and larger accommodation networks.
The challenge remains the same in every case: each property must be prepared at the right time, according to the right instructions, with as little manual coordination as possible.
As portfolios grow, this operational complexity quickly becomes a major issue. That is exactly where automation can deliver the greatest value.
The beginning of a broader Latin American presence
Mexico is not intended to be an isolated market. It is the starting point for a broader expansion across the region.
Our ambition is to progressively enter additional Latin American markets, learning from each new deployment. Future expansion will depend on local partnerships, customer demand and our ability to build reliable networks of service providers.
Our objective is not to be present everywhere as quickly as possible. It is to open markets sustainably and build operating infrastructure that works over the long term.
A new milestone for StayClean
Launching in Mexico marks a new chapter for StayClean. It reflects our ambition to build an international infrastructure for organising and automating cleaning operations across the hospitality industry.
Europe remains a central part of our development. At the same time, a new chapter is now beginning on the other side of the Atlantic.
For StayClean, Latin America starts in Mexico. And this is only the beginning.
