Does a booking automatically trigger a cleaning?
No. Clients schedule the cleaning they need. A booking alone does not automatically create a service.
Is provider availability guaranteed?
No. You can keep your team or explore finding providers, but connections and local availability are confirmed before starting. This example guarantees no search outcome.
Are all declared properties billable?
No. Units declared during the journey are not automatically billable properties. Check the Pricing page for the applicable terms.
Is deferred payment automatically included?
No. When offered, deferred payment depends on eligibility and applicable terms. It may extend to a maximum of 90 days under those terms; it is neither an automatic entitlement nor a guarantee of approval.
