04 / Cleaning reports
Cleaning completed.
A file to understand it.
Photos, checklists, observations and available assessments: find each service report in context, without confusing the result with a simple “completed” status.
Illustrative demonstration: no real property, agent, report or result is shown. Nothing is downloaded or sent.

The file, not just the status
“Completed” does not tell the whole story.
Real-time tracking provides information on service progress. The report brings together submitted information to understand what was documented, what remains to be reviewed and its context.
01Visual information
The advanced report may include before/after photos when available, linked to the relevant room or item.
02Tasks and instructions
Job tasks and their status place the evidence within the property's expected protocol.
03Available observations and assessments
Depending on the report data, observations, assessments or quality control information may complete the file. They do not replace examining the context.
Advanced reports: Ultra or a custom scope. The reference page lists Ultra at €9 excluding tax per active property per month, or an agreed custom scope. Compare plans. Exact access rights and available information depend on the plan and job data.

How the file is built
From field information to the report.
The report is useful when it links evidence to the property, protocol and relevant job.
The protocol provides context
Property instructions describe the expectations relevant to the service, when defined.
Information is submitted
Available photos, tasks and observations are linked to the job file.
The report presents the result
Depending on the report and available data, assessment and control information may supplement the report.
Find the context

A CONCRETE SITUATION · FICTITIOUS EXAMPLE
The job is complete.
A point still needs review.
In this example, the status says the service is complete while the report shows a checklist point to check. Both coexist: progress is not certification of the result.
Plan and scope
Your questions.
Clear answers.
What the report provides, without promising anything unconfirmed.
How does it differ from real-time tracking?
Tracking provides progress and available statuses. The report brings together documented job information: photos, tasks, observations and, depending on the advanced report, assessment or quality control information.
What can an advanced report contain?
The reference advanced report may show before/after photos, tasks by room, quality control information, an overall score and appraisal, as well as timing and assessment information when available. Visible fields depend on job data and accessible sections.
Are reports included in every plan?
The reference page lists cleaning reports and advanced reporting in Ultra at €9 excluding VAT per active property per month, or within an agreed custom scope. Check the plan terms to confirm the applicable scope.
Does the report guarantee a perfectly clean property?
No. The report brings together available information and can help identify points to review. A photo cannot show what is outside the frame or invisible; incomplete or ambiguous information may require further checks.
Can the mock-up export or share a real report?
No. This mock-up's interactions do not download, share or send any real report. Export and sharing options are not presented here as a confirmed public feature.
Is a booking without scheduled cleaning an anomaly?
No. A booking without scheduled cleaning is not an anomaly. You schedule the cleanings you want. The report concerns services actually planned and documented; it does not turn a booking into automatic cleaning.
The perimeter, without ambiguity
Information depends on the report, submitted data, configuration and rights associated with the plan. The public reference page describes reports and advanced reporting in Ultra or an agreed custom scope. Exact sharing, export and retention options, and the detailed scope of automated checks, must be confirmed before being announced.
