Is this a free service?
No. Without subscription means without monthly subscription: interventions and service fees are chargeable. Only the autonomous configuration of your accommodations is free of integration costs.
Can I operate all my activity without a subscription?
Yes. The base plan includes organisation, tracking, quality control and finding service providers. Backup and advanced real-time tracking are reserved for Ultra. Services are billed per use.
What does my Ultra subscription finance?
Lower service fees, cleaning reports, advanced reporting, individual integration support and advanced functions. He does not pay for the interventions on your behalf.
What does active housing mean?
The simulator uses the number of active billed housing units that you enter. The contractual definition, breaks, month changes and pro rata must be decided before launch. Simply imported accommodation should not be automatically assimilated to an invoiced subscription.
Who configures the accommodations?
Without a subscription, you complete your accommodation, calendars, access and instructions independently, without integration costs. In Ultra, a contact person accompanies you within the agreed perimeter. In both cases, the search for service providers remains supported by StayClean.
What about the supporting documents if I don’t take Ultra?
Structured cleanup reports are reserved for Ultra. The proposal maintains without subscription the statuses, alerts and operational elements necessary for monitoring a cleaning service and handling an incident. This scope must be reflected in the product’s access rights.
Is the 90 days automatic with Ultra?
No. Access to the option is reserved for Ultra, but its activation depends on the country, eligibility, limits and agreement. The legal and financial arrangement must be validated before publication or activation, in particular to distinguish financing and supplier payment deadlines.
Is the dedicated API included at €9?
No. Ultra retains the standard API, available integrations, webhooks and sandbox. A dedicated API, private infrastructure or OEM / ODM integration is subject to a tailor-made quote.
